Delivery & Returns
Orders are usually delivered by Royal Mail and posted according to your specified delivery service. Orders containing bulky/heavy items or super heavy items are not available for free delivery.
Orders are processed within 24 hours Mon-Fri . Orders made after 5pm are processed on the next working day. Orders Made after Fri 5pm - Sun will be processed on the next working day. Orders with Next Day Delivery/Tracked 24 will need to be placed before 3pm to be delivered the next working day orders made after 3pm will be processed the next working day.
As an eco-conscious company we will be operating cycle couriers where possible in eligible postcodes.
COVID19 UPDATE: Due to social distancing measures delivery may be affected, although we aim to fulfil all orders within the specified delivery periods, delays may be experienced as we observe the measures currently in place. Please bear with us and should you not have received your order after 7 days, you can contact for an update. Any orders not received within 28 days will be refunded.
We are currently operating contact-free delivery where possible.

Return & Exchange Policy
You can return unwanted & unused items within 14* days for store credit. Items will need to have not been used be in the condition they were delivered in. We will not be able to accept returns for items that have been used or tested for hygiene, health and safety reasons. There are some items that are ineligible for return.
Items can be returned to us by post, postage paid by customer, we would advise customers place tracking on postal returns. We can accept some returns in person where convenient, please contact us at to arrange**.
Once returns are checked and approved a store credit will be issued. Please note that a credit note can take up to 14 days to be processed.
We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or store credit if goods are not returned in a saleable condition or are damaged.
For items delivered damaged or faulty, please contact us at with your order number, description and image of damage or fault.
*28 days for items despatched directly from the supplier, Items delivered direct from a supplier cannot be returned to TBS, please see your returns sheet for how to return these items.
