Do you deliver to me?
The Black Superstore delivers to all UK mainland postcodes. We deliver to London postcodes ourselves and use our partner drivers services to reach all other areas.
How does delivery work?
At present, due to COVID19 we are operating with strict health and safety measures. All delivery times are working days. If your confirmation states 2-5 days, please allow 2-5 working days to receive your delivery.
What happens if an item arrives damaged?
We endeavour to ensure you receive your items in tip top condition and quality check all of our parcels. However, we know that occasionally things happen, so if you do receive a damaged item rendering it unusable please get in contact with us and we’ll aim to resolve the matter within 48 hours.
Why are your items priced differently to the hair shops?
As an online company we do our best to keep costs down so we can sell our items to you at the lowest price. Our prices can vary and may occasionally change as they do for our suppliers, however we will always ensure we are providing you with the best possible price.
There’s an item I’d like to order but you don’t seem to have it, will you be adding new stock?
We try to ensure our shop meets your needs, so if there’s an item you’d like us to stock please fill out our ‘Please Stock This’ which can be found here & we’ll do our best to make it available.
Do you offer next day delivery?

We’re hosting an event and looking for sponsorship, would you sponsor us?
As a brand new enterprise we don’t have funds available to sponsor all of the amazing initiatives we would like to, however we do our best where we can. So if we are unable to provide products we may well be able to volunteer our time, get in touch with us via our contact us form here.
Why do you not stock X brand?
We stock a large range of popular & trusted high quality brands, bringing a significant portion of the Afro-Caribbean hair and skin care market to you online, however if there is a brand you would love to see let us know by completing our ‘Please Stock This’ form and we will take it through our quality check procedures.
I heard you're a social enterprise, what's the social part?
This company was founded by a community-centred duo who believe that business should serve the people. So we invest in our community by providing them with jobs, sponsorship and use our profits to support the work of My Choice, our community organisation working with young people, ex-offenders & prison leavers.
When will groceries be available?
We are working really hard to stock the highest quality food produce and we are currently taking products through our quality assurance test. We hope to launch our grocery service by Autumn 2020.
Is TBS eco friendly?
We know it’s super important to work together to protect the earth & that’s why all of our TBS-branded packaging is either recyclable or biodegradable. We use cycle couriers where we can and limit the use of co2 emitting vehicles.
Is this company black owned?
Yes, the company was founded by a husband & wife of British, African & Caribbean heritage.
I want to set up a monthly subscription, can I do that?
At present you will need to submit individual orders, however we will implement subscription offers in the near future
